Kate Hoepfner-Karle is an innovative Senior Organization Development leader with demonstrated success in developing leaders at all levels and leading HR functions in support of strategic business objectives.

Kate has held roles with Invensys plc; a UK based global automation solutions business, AstraZeneca PLC, Merck and Co. leading Pharmaceuticals, Public Service Electric and Gas Co. a large public utility company and AT&T, a telecommunications company, in human resources, organizational and leadership development.

She has consulted on human capital solutions for clients such as Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Covidien Healthcare, National Grid, Tyco, Fresessius and Bristol Myers Squib.  Prior to joining the private sector, Kate worked in public education for nine years as Assistant Director of Special Services for a large public vocational technical training center.
